Appointments

calendarSince COVID-19 the Practice has adopted a telephone triage consultation system. If it is not something that can be dealt with by telephone a face to face appointment will be arranged.

Please note that individual Doctors and Nurse appointments will vary within our opening hours. Patients are at liberty to attend any GP and have a right to express a preference for which Doctor to consult with, if available.

If you are unable to keep your appointment or are likely to be late please let us know as soon as possible to allow us to give the appointment to someone else. Also, if you are very late without letting us know we may not be able to see you.

We have three different types of appointments:

Routine appointments are if you feel you require a “face-to-face” consultation with the Doctor or for review of an existing condition. These are schedule at 10 minute intervals. If you have multiple problems please advise staff at time of booking.

Urgent appointments are a vital part of medical practice, please ensure your condition is urgent before requesting one. These are not appropriate for chronic/existing conditions or to discuss sickness/absence from work.

Telephone appointments are available to all patients who are unable or feel it unnecessary to attend the surgery but require simple advice without examination. If you request a telephone appointment the GP or Practice Nurse will phone you back within a given time scale.

Appointments are available during the hours listed below. To see a doctor or nurse please telephone us or come into the surgery to book an appointment.
